I've purchased a deep freezer and a lawn mower from them. Troy built mower so you know it's quality. The deep freeze. Well it freezes stuff.. The sales staff is super polite and courteous. I find you get what you give with people. I have no complaints at all. And hey...if you pay your bill..Noone bothers you

Purchasing furniture from Farmers Home Furniture in Valley, AL has been the single worst buying experience of my life. i received some of my merchandise on the promised delivery date....the rest (which I was told was damaged and had to be reordered) wasnt even reordered until I called to check to see why i hadnt received it yet. Even then, I didnt receive it when promised. Also, if you purchase from these people on credit READ ALL SMALL PRINT in your contract. DO NOT simply go on what you are told by the salesperson. I found out after signing and reading the contract that I didn't have to pay for insurance on the furniture which I was told I had to have and that I owed about twice what I thought that I did when I signed the contract. I am not one to leave negative reviews but, I truly feel that I was scammed here.
