I’d like to bring to your attention how amazingly helpful your staff was at your Volkswagen dealership when we leased the car. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment my daughter Nikki drove her new car away, everyone was helpful, professional and friendly, making us feel completely at home and comfortable every step of the way.



Your manager, Edward Hong, deserves special recognition. He made it clear, right from the start, that given the circumstances there was simply no way he was going to let your Hyundai team take this transaction away from him, and he certainly lived up to his vow. He and I also got a chance to chat during the process, and a nicer guy simply can’t be found.



I’d also like to mention one of your salespeople, Jim Kleinman, who met us at the door when we first walked in and stayed with us and worked with us every step of the way, making sure we were fully informed, and had everything we needed to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He’s also maintained terrific after-sale contact and follow-up. Very impressive, and another really nice guy.

Overall it was good, aside from waiting almost 2 hours for the finance manager and the credit check my experience was good.
