I live in the orange county area and was referred by a friend to Jamison Computer Services, and have to say I know great customer service when I hear it! I shipped my laptop to Jamison computer services to be repaired it was the most fast, efficient and friendly service I have received! Jamison computer repair assured me that all my data would be saved and I cant tell you how happy it made me to know someone actually cared about what I had to lose rather then how complicated the situation could be! As a small business owner having a network that works efficiently is extremely important. When my network crashed and my clients were not being helped. Jamison Computer Services sent a tech to evaluate the problem and get the system up and running immediately. A few hours later the network crashed again, Jamison came out to my office at 8 pm and stayed till almost 10pm to make sure that my systems were up and running for open business the next day. Since then I have employed Jamison Computer Services as my stand by tech incase of any emergencies, as well as routine maintenance of my machines such as upgrades, back ups, and so on. The Jamison Computer Services is the best I have ever heard of, definitely 5 star. I have used them for some years and hope to continue until I am no longer able to use a computer. Besides needing my computer fixed from time to time (they answer my call immediately and successfully fix the problem), often I need tutoring on the computer. I was referred to Jamison Computers by a friend who was thrilled with the service. I have contacted the company on several occasions to help with my home and business computers. I have had problems ranging from networking, to viruses, data recovery and more in the last year and a half and the company has always come through faster than any other company I've hired for computer services - never more than 24 hours. While they are not the very cheapest (but still a lot cheaper than the big companies like Geek Squad), they are more than reasonabe for the outstanding level of service provided. With service this personal, friendly and a 24 hour guarantee, i'd rank it simply outstanding! I wouldn't use anyone else for my computer needs.

Jamison Computer Repair is great. After a replacement part failed in our desktop, a tech came right out to put in a new one. He then worked diligently to solve a complicated problem on our laptop. I was having a strange computer problem that consisted of occasional system hangs. It was a real challenge to nail down what it was since there was no smoking gun of error messages or obvious system crashes. After leaving my computer for a week with another repair shop (and it wasn't even looked at), I called around Santa Clarita and found Jamison Computer Repair. When I was told they repair computers usually in 24-hours, I got my computer back from the other shop and brought it right over! The first time I brought it to him he got it working quickly, and it looked like the problem was solved. However, when I brought it home, it began hanging again. We did troubleshooting remotely, and then I returned the computer so he could work on it for a day. The tech found the problem, my C drive, which had tested clean with chkdsk, was actually starting to go bad. And for NO additional charge, they cloned my main HD onto my backup HD, made my backup primary and I took it home again. It worked great! One week later, the old C drive failed completely on boot up and I had to unplug it. Thank goodness I went to Jamison when I did. I might have lost a lot of data if it wasn't for the quick and accurate service to find the problem with the HD. I'm definitely returning to this company for all of my computer repairs and upgrades. The pricing is very reasonable and the turn around time is fantastic.

After running into slow, bogged down and laggy performance on my computer, I decided it was time to get something done about it. My laptop was running so slow that I could not even open a web page without it taking about 5 minutes. I decided to get on my other computer and look for a good computer service online in my area. After checking out the site and reading the verified Google reviews on the company, I decided to give them a call. The Tech, named Tom, who answered my call, was very friendly, professional and curteous. He ran me through a few steps to get the computer into a functional mode and then proceeded to cleanup the viruses over the Internet. After he got rid of the viruses and optimized my system, he even went the extra mile to help with my printer and a couple of other issues at no extra charge. I was thrilled!



On a side note, I usually do not leave reviews, but decided to leave a review after the tech contacted me for a followup to check if the service had been satisfactory and if things were still running ok. I was very pleased! When I asked him how it was they offer such speedy and reliable service at such an affordable price, he told me that it was a family owned business who thrives on providing greatest service for an affordable price. I would recommend the service to anyone with any sort of computer problem! I hope the company keeps its current excellent service identity for a long time!

My son and I own a practice and rely heavily on our server for retaining information about clients day in and day out. I have 6 workstations constantly communicatiing and inputting new information about patients into the server through the network, so when my server crashed I was very concerned. I called up Jamison Computer Services and I was instructed to run through a few steps over the phone to diagnose the problem. The problem was diagnosed as a hardware problem after a few minutes of talking to the tech and following instructions. I was told not to worry though as a tech would come out shortly to pick up the computer and have it working by the next day. I placed the original call at 3:45 PM and less than 45 minutes later the tech was there for pick up! I was promised that the computer would be operational by the next morning so I wouldn't have any downtime. The next morning, my server was brought in before business hours as promised with a spare part to keep the server running until the new factory part came in (since they didn't have the exact part in stock). The company even ordered the exact spare part with express shipping for me that same night to save time on shipping. When the part came in a few days later, the tech came out to retrieve their temporary part and installed the new one.

Jamison computers is an exceptional company, for my convenience the tech stopped by my business and picked up and returned the computers that needed to be fixed while still completing the job in under 24 hours. I have never had problems on those computers since, and I use Jamison computers as my primary computer repair company. I would not go to anyone else for computer repairs their work is golden and I recommend them to anyone who has computer problems and needs immediate, long term, as well as affordable computer needs.

I live in Texas and called Jamison Computer Services because I could not get my computer to boot. The first time

I contacted the company, I was a little bit leary at first, since they only offer remote support to customers that are outside of California. However, the person on the phone was very professional and assured me that we could get the issue resolved and that even if we couldn't there would be absolutely no charge. I went ahead with it and much to my surprise, they did exactly what they promised. The tech was very knowledgeable and honest and ran me through some steps to get me back into Windows XP. His instructions were very simple, precise and easy to follow. I was very relieved to have my system back up and running in as little time as possible since I cannot be without it for even a day. Once I was back into my system, the tech had me initiate a remote connection so he could optimize the system and remove what originally seemed to have caused the problem.



All in all, I would say the service was exceptional and the price was more than fair for the service rendered. I have tried Geek Squad, Fire dog and United Geeks as well as some other local vendors and have never received such timely and professional service from either companies. I have used this company's services 3 times so far and they never cease to be reliable, professional and timely. I have recommended them to many friends and family members. I am a satisfied customer for life!
