I have trouble getting my eyebrows done because a lot of people just mess them up, including some women that work here, but if you request sanya, you will have beautiful eyebrows and she is very kind and actually talks to you

Ive been going to this place to get my eyebrows done for a while now.. i saw the ad that stated they can do eyelash extension so i just gave it a shot! it was the most horrible experience ever. they did a bad job cuz the eyelashes was falling a few hours AFTER the procedure.. so i called them back to get my money back. first, they never call me back whenever i call and they made it so hard to speak to any of them. second, they refused to give me my money and offered to redo my eyelashes.. well, if they arent going to give me my money then i might as well give it another shot. the eyelashes are still horrible!! so i removed all of them! never going to come back to get my eyelashes done!!! and what adds to it is that they have horrible service especially the manager.

I've been coming to this place for almost a year now. They have a book where they log all the names of customers who purchased 6 sessions in the amount of $40. I had some complaints regarding their workers but nothing major that would give me enough reason to give this salon a bad review, until recently. I misplaced my card and the lady was asking me to pay even after showing her proof (online bank statement) that I paid for 6 session in the amount of $40. Unfortunately, my name was not listed on the book and so she refused to give me another card. It wasn't my fault that their workers forgot to list my name down. Luckily, my friend was with me and I used her card to get the session for that day free. I give this salon a bad customer rating! Don't ever lose your card ladies or your assed out!

NO Star rating. Had to put one to send the post My daughter says you gotta go to this place. Went on Friday the 1st of July. The girl who did my eyebrows was horrible. She was in a hurry, kept sniffling and was kinda rude, and the process was very painful. Well woke up Sat morning with small scabs/sore around my lower eyebrow, no wonder it hurt so bad went back in yesterday to complain , the girls there said nothing.... said the girl who did me was the mananger, wow , scary. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Very bad experience, really don't know why Westfield lets them stay
