I am very impressed with the office, doctors and staff at Advanced Audiology. From my first phone call and contact with the front office I was treated with respect and kindness. “Dr. David” was amazingly patient and thorough during my exam and testing. He answered my questions and concerns with sensitivity and insight I very much appreciated. I am so grateful to have been referred to such a caring and comprehensive environment for my first set of hearing aids. I was nervous, but now feel less hesitant and am anxiously awaiting the chance to hear better once my devices arrive.

I had seen and researched numerous audiologist before I found Advanced Audiology. I saw there website first. It was very informative and answered a lot of my questions.When I called to ask a few more questions I was very impressed. I set up an appointment with Nola. She is great, very up to date on the latest technology regrading hearing aids. I was very fortunate that my insurance covered 80% of the cost for hearing aids. Nola worked it out so that I had no out of pocket expense. I ,couldn't believe it. They offer even more after I received my hearing aids. I highly recommend Advanced Audiology to everyone I know. I received my hearing aids from them and they work very well and I like how they fit in my ear and are invisible.

I brought my dad in and he was seen by Nola, she made us feel very comfortable. The lady in the front office helped us find out the hearing aid was covered by insurance. We couldn't be happier. Now we don't have to shout at my Dad for him to hear us.

If I could give this place a "0" I would. The office manager is extremely unprofessional. I called several times in a 2 week period with questions and concerns regarding services etc... No reply. I call back once again and finally received a call back after 2 weeks and 4 messages. She was supposed to call me back after finding out some pertinent information but again was "too busy" and the receptionist called me(she did not have the information I requested).

The office manager was not on vacation and was in the office but simply did not have time to return my calls. After making a formal complaint, I fully expected to hear back from the owner of this practice. NO such luck.

Unfortunately my physician referred me to this practice due to a contract with this place.

I have dealt with major hospitals and have never received such poor treatment. World class physicians have returned my call within 24 hours. 24 hours is standard practice to return a phone call, not 2 weeks and 4 messages.

I have since found an extremely kind and caring Audiology practice (ironically a few steps away) that is motivated to help patients and their families.

In my opinion, Advanced Audiology definitely does not have the patient's best interest in mind but rather how much money they can make. Shame on Advanced Audiology.

My advice is STAY AWAY from this unprofessional and useless office. You need an office staff that cares......

This is the friendliest most competent audiology place around. Everyone in the company made me feel like I was home. I didn't want to wear hearing aids but they were so patient with me and walked through every step with me. I have never heard so well and I sure didn't realize what I was missing. The service is great and they definetly give you more than u would expect. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my mother to get a hearing aid. We had tried 2 different places in the SCV first but were unhappy until we found Advanced Audiology recommended by our Dr. We had a great experience making our appointment with Sophie. She took the time to ask many questions to get the appointment made correctly. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. There is a warmth in this office. They even serve homemade cookies and coffee and you can watch cable TV with special listening devices for my mom while you wait. When we saw the audiologist who also owns the business Nola, she was professional and caring and educated us first. My mom was fit with a hearing device to fit her budget on the second visit. She can now participate in family gatherings eating out and playing cards with the girls again. If you truly want a full experience with no pressure go to advanced audiology.

My experience with Advanced Audiology was wonderful! I recently brought my father in to be fitted for a hearing aid with Dr. Veloz. She was kind, caring and knowledgeable. It was so comforting to know we were in good hands. My father and I were so pleased with the service and staff. We are happy to recommend Advanced Audiology to others.

My grandfather went to this office and has a rough experience. Lots of confusion about his appointment times and the staff wasn't helpful or patient at all. He ended up not even wearing his hearing aids after all because he didn't think they helped him.
