Pyramid Roofing Company

This company has caused my husband and I nothing but problems. Our former roof was 15 years old so we thought we'd go ahead and replace it. Eleven thousand dollars later we were worse off than when we started. We've had a leak that discolored our ceiling twice. Had three different reps come out and tell us where the problem was and what they could do about it, but no one seemed to want to take the time to fix it. We did finally get someone named Danny to come out with his dad and hopefully he fixed the problem. But again, he was supposed to have been back today to pick up his trash and finish up, but it's 3:30 pm and haven't seen nor heard from him. I doubt he will ever be back. I don't know how this company can do this to people. We are so sorry we hired this company.

This is the third time to use Pyramid Roofing - twice on my home and this time on my rental property. Suffice it to say, each job was first class, priced competitively, timely, efficient, cleaned up afterwards and done with a caring attitude by all associated with Pyramid Roofing. I especially enjoyed working with Cody on each of the last two jobs. I appreciate the jobs done for me and highly recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone in need of a roofing job, either new or replacement. They won't be disappointed.

I hired this company to install a flat roof over my back deck. They only sent one man to remove and install the new roof. He was very polite man.(can not remember his name) In the process of the install he put 2 holes thur the material so he had to patch those areas. He had piled up all old material in my back yard. I informed him that was where my septic system was they could not back a trailer in this area. I put up caution tape all around this issue to insure they did not back up to this area. They removed the tape and backed up over my septic system. They informed me that was not there concern. I talked to the owner the last time I invited him out to see for himself he never showed up or any one else from this company. I would not use this company at all.

Everyone I dealt with in this company is very professional. The workmanship is excellent and done in a timely manner. Very professional, punctual, and detail oriented.
