I came in for a ear infection. He spent time helping and explaining the process he was going to do to check my ear. Dr. Jones gained a lot of trust from me.

I have allergies and was tested at the office. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Dr. Jones explained everything to me the 1st time I came to him as to what was going to be done to me and why. He also told about the meds he was going to put me on and what to look out for.
