City Cab

My baby had to go to urgent care so the taxi service was called. Someone took the call but it was never entered into the system. Then I was told that by the time someone got to me urgent care would be closed. So they won’t get me
So my baby suffers in the hands of this company. I give them no stars

Yuck. Often more than a little late. This evening, my ride was more than half an hour late -- and nobody called me about this. Instead, I had to call twice. Even very brief apologies are rare or nonexistent (and none today or tonight). They often have to pick up or drop off someone else after they've picked you up, delaying arrival at your destination past reasonable expectations. The other "fare" is sometimes quite a bit out of the way, as happened today. Due to this, I missed a bus (that runs only every two hours) when I should have had plenty of time to make it. In addition, two of my three City Cab cabs today were rust buckets that belonged in junk yards. And I've had similar experiences with them before. City Cab stinks.

The Company, Drivers & Dispatch are excellent here I use them every time I come up, and will continue to recommend them for family & friends when they are in town

Can i give it NO stars? Horrible service. Called for pick up at 3p on a Weds and they said they'd be there in 20 min. Called 30 min later and they said driver on his way. An HOUR and 20 Min later, he showed up. Try ACE next time!!!

im a regular city cab is busy people best around im in whitesboro when i need a cab may have to wait 15 min but ahhh well

Called for a cab and they were rude and didn't have a can available. I asked when they might have one available and they hung up. Very rude.
