Arrow Auto Glass

I only gave one star because they wouldn't let me do it without it but seriously they don't deserve a star, This place is ridiculous on Thursday my front passenger side window was smashed i called them that night they didn't answer "they state they are available 24/7" so i called them Friday ordered a passenger side front window, and they ordered me a windshield, and its now Tuesday and they do not have my window, and they don't seem to care, my suggestion DON'T USE THEM they charge you for THEIR MESS UPS! and now i loose out of income because they won't have my window till tomorrow... i can not drive the car with my 8 month old baby inthe car who has to go with me...

I needed my windshield replaced on my car, I contacted safelite made an appointment and no one ever showed. So I called Arrow and I can honestly say that I was very impressed! The lady that I spoke with said that the installer would call me in the morning and he did, he was there when he said he would be and not only did he come right to my work he was done in less then an hour. I was very happy and would highly recommened them to any one.
