Century 21 - Gayle Alter

We met Gayle and within 5/6 weeks were in the home we had been looking for on our own for over a year. She is professional and very flexible to your time. Thanks Gayle and yes we are enjoying the view!

Gayle did a great job selling my uncle's house. Even though it was an inexpensive house, in need of repair, she worked like it was a million dollar listing. She was a huge help to my aunt and me, from listing through closing.

Great job especially during closing when buyer decided to pull a quick one on us. Her and her team got straight to bottom of it and got everything done regardless! Would recommend!

I don't typically write reviews but thought I should share my experience about working with Gayle.. My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and we needed an agent that knew what they were doing. Gayle was referred to us and we couldn't have been happier. She was more than willing to help us out with all the questions we had and was great through the whole process. She was professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and always made herself available to us which was a huge plus since houses seemed to be listed and sold in a manner of days. We are now homeowners of an awesome house and couldn't have done it without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great real estate agent!

I can't say enough good things about Gayle! She was truly outstanding during our "house hunt". She was polite, professional, and most importantly...patient!! After living in one home for several years, searching for our next ("forever') home was initially a challenge for my husband and I. We were unsure about where we wanted look, didn't have an exact budget, and at times very picky!! But Gayle was ON TOP OF IT!! She helped us narrow down our search and didn't bat a lash when we (and this was often) changed our minds on something. She was always available when we had a question, always punctual for showings, and so understanding!! Finding a home can be stressful (especially with 2 little ones), but Gayle really made it fun for us! Thanks to her, my husband, children and I are now in our DREAM home...I recommend her to anyone buying or selling!
