        Ryan can't even tell the truth. All Iowa Office Equipment has been in business for over 25 years. In that time they have had a perfect rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have also received the Canon USA Authorized Service Facility Of the Year Award. You can't accomplish these things without excellent customer service. The sad fact is that even though you do everything possible some people are never happy.

        Where do I even start? Two mo...

        Where do I even start? Two months ago I brought my iPhone in to be repaired. Here’s what was “repaired”



        1) The speaker grating was crushed

        2) The volume buttons were rendered inoperable

        3) They installed not one, but TWO defective screens



        After the second defective screen they felt it was fixed enough to their liking and kicked me out of their shop, refusing a refund and in fact offering to fix it AS LONG AS I PAID THEM MORE MONEY.



        I’m filing my complaint with the BBB today. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

        What Ryan left out was that we fixed all these problems he listed on a phone that had been dropped and the sceen was smashed. He brought it back because he said the blue tooth was not working, We showed him that it worked fine so he came up with a new problem of a blemish on the new screen that we could not even see and demanded his money back. The worst customer I have had in 25 years.
