        Disappointed and offended with lack of service

        Our electric key system was not functioning for an unknown reason and no one had access to the home. I called the emergency line and about 15 hours later I was finally called back. The person who called me back was extremely rude and hung up on me after telling me not to "pressure" him when I was trying to figure out when he can get out to fix the system. I have never been so offended. I am very disappointed with the lack of service and action. 60 people have been without access to their home for over two days and Tricolor did not see this as an emergency.
