Action Auto Body of Forestville

I had my vehicle repaired at this shop in January 2012. The repair process was very simple the shop handled everything for me from contatcing the insurance company to opening my door for me when i left! What a great shop and even better customer service!!!! I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone who needs to have any type of repairs done! Thanks Action Auto Body!!!!!!

If you can go someplace else.. GO! DO NOT COME HERE! This is by far the WORST customer service experience I've ever been through. Action Auto Body had my car from Feb 2010 until May 2010 because of a wreck THEY caused. I put my car in the shop for a hit and fun, they repaired it in about 4 days. The day it was supposed to be released to me they called me saying "We're soooo sorry but while running a final alignment test, the mechanic drove over some black ice, swerved and hit a tree". The air bags came out, windshield was cracked, front bumper came off, both front tires flat and ruined, just horrible. I honestly felt a littel bad for the mechanic because it was such a horrific sight. They insured me they'd take care of anything and I wouldnt have to worry. Not one time did the auto body shop OR my geico adjuster called to keep me posted on the outcome of my car. Everytime I got a report on it, I called in! Worse customer service ever!
