They did an awesome job. Recently we found that my dad's heating was not working. It was very cold outside. I looked on internet and found McLoughlin Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They came out that same day. They called when they were on their way. And they repaired my dad's heater right then and there. I was so worried about my dad, but with McLoughlin, everything was handled. And when I got home, everything was all cleaned up, I didn't have to do a thing. They were very professional. I give them 5 stars...*****

Another great job by McLoughlin this week. We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed. They were SO professional and clean.

Never good news when it's time for a new heater and cooling system. Made a few calls, check around and decided to go with McLoughlin. The technician giving the estimate just was more professional then the rest. He recommend different units giving me options and didn't force the most expensive one. The work was completed and I couldn't be happier. It's always a pleasure working with a quality organization.

Scam artists.

They charged me $465 for 2 visits within 24 hours. They came out and charged $80 for the first visit. After doing 3 'diagnostic tests' that lasted less than 4 minutes a piece. The tech pulls out a rag, cleans a part, and charges $163 for that. The heat goes out 23 hours later. The same tech comes out, charges ANOTHER $80 and says that a neighbors work was faulty,NAND replaces the broken part with ANOTHER BROKEN PART! At no time did he offer to replace the parts on either visit. When asked whether or not we could get the parts replaced the response was tomorrow, and it would cost 'a few hundred dollars'! The heat went out a 3rd time!!! My wife, 5 month old son, and 3 yr old son were forced out for the night! My cousin came the following day and replaced BOTH PARTS FOR A TOTAL OF $35 FOR BRAND NEW PARTS! When we spoke with the owners, he basically told us to shove it. Horrible customer services, horrible work, horrible bosses. If you like losing money call this company!! Ps thismisnthe 2nd time posting because they keep deleting my negative comments! I'd rate them 0 stars if I could

I would say that McLoughlin provides highly trained professionals, delivering quality products and services, at a fair price. They won't be the cheapest quote, but neither the most expensive. You'll get great quality and with less headaches. Highly recommended!



Chris, our project manager, was able to complete a full install of a new HVAC system, including new ductwork, while we were out of the country. He made me feel that I didn't have to worry and when I returned, I found he was right - everything was complete and done in a tip top manner. The house was clean, the cats hadn't escaped, and the system purrs wonderfully and keeps the house super cool!

Over the years, I have used McLoughlins for plumbing service and have always been very pleased. Recently, we had a major leak from our bathroom and decided to completely renovate it. McLoughlins did a wonderful job throughout the whole project. They kept me informed of every step and were so neat and clean. Each person I dealt with on the company was so personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone in need of service.
