Pro Best Nails

I am furious at the DISRESPECT my daughter & I was given here!!!!! This lady raised her voice in the RUDEST WAY POSSIBLE! Because I politely asked her if she can"be careful" when fixing my daughter's pinky nail!!!!!! (which was hurt from the snip she had done prior to)WOW,WOW,WOW!!!!! Horrible customer service!My daughter was getting a fill (already had gotten pedicure+'my' full set nails),& to my complete shock I was downright disrespected by one of the manicurist!!! and she tried to give us the incorrect amount of money we had given her!!! (Did she think we wouldn't COUNT it when it was handed back to us???) I should have known I was dealing with BAD BUSINESS when was charged $26 for a much SHORTER set of nails than I had 2 1/2 weeks ago & was only charged $ 20!!!!!! Ripoffs- poor customer service,careless attitudes, and the manager laughed when I addressed her concerning the way her employee treated us!!! ( she had witnesses it as well yet still laughed)!!!! DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE FEELING UNSATISFIED!

This place is awful!!!! the lady who "helped" me was not only rude but she messed up my nails. first of all, she used the drill to remove my polish and when I asked her not to she ignored me and continued. then when I started to get mad she looked at me and said ITS just the TOP, almost yelling at me. then when she started the manicure she hurt me and drew blood. I paid for the remova and WALKED OUT.
