After wasting money with a company in Orange County who was charging us for excessive mileage costs to the city of San Bernardino, I called this company and spoke with Traci. Let me tell you how they differ....they don't charge for sitting in traffic like all these other companies do. She uses a very simple formula, whatever ACTUAL time it takes, that's what she bills. This other company (referred by my attorney, what a scam) travel bill alone was more than the cost of the case. Pretty sad when they didn't even find anything out. For several years we had been trying to find a man who owed us significant money for a construction job that he never paid us for. After the court process he was supposed to pay us but was not responsive and not findable. We found creative investigations on an internet search and hired Tracy Spada to find our guy. For an very reasonable amount of money she found him and also some incriminating video. After getting the judgement to serve him, we again hired her to physically locate him and serve him. She did and was very easy to work with and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend her to do any investigative work that you might need. She is a joy to work with and gets the job done when others don't seem to be able to.

My case had gone cold. I had been looking for Mr. and Mrs. Thief for about 5 months.

I had already gone through 3 Private Investigators. None of them could locate these two. I needed to serve them lawsuit papers and I just wanted to get on with my life.

I will also say that Tracy's intuition runs at a high frequency! Her gut feeling about when to go do something and what exactly to do is pretty amazing to see take place.



With the confirmed information, she decided to go back to the house 3 days later on an early Sunday morning and within ONE HOUR, Mr. and Mrs. Thief were served papers....exactly 5 months after I had filed my case in court and after hundreds of hours searching for them.



No words can truly describe the amount of relief and joy I have. Hiring Tracy was the best move I've made in a very long time. It was also a joy to call back the other 3 private investigators and tell them Tracy located them in 24 hours and served them successfully. They didn't have much else to say. :-p

I am a single parent with four small children. On or about one year ago, I had hired "Roofing Construction Plus" to re-roof the garage. I had interactions and entered into a contract with the Owner, Billy Moreland. The contractor made out himself to be a professional in the field having owned the company for approximately 35 years. He provided me with a business card with a License Number. I had no idea that it was false and deceptive.



Roofing Construction Plus' workers appeared to be illegal immigrants and did an extremely poor job. The roof was far worse than it was before. While Mr. Moreland "Promised" to re-roof the job that I had already paid him to do, he would fail to perform his promise for going on 8 months. We had sustained extremely heavy rains during his failure to perform. The roof sustained far worse water damage and appears to be coming down, all as a result of the Intentional Negligence on the part of the owner. He refuses to comply to his promise and exercise the "Warranty."



Having been a victim of the circumstances, I have filed in Small Claims court. There was a dire need to hire a "Reliable" investigator that was not only "Trust Worthy," but that will act "Reliably and Quickly."
