Im so glad I went with Tuttle Plumbing. I got a few qoutes from other local plumbers and Tuttle was had the best customer service. They were able to find the problem and I saved hundreds of dollars because they knew what they were doing. They were able to find alternate ways of fixing a big problem. Thanks Guys!

This is one of the best plumbing and AC services I've used since I've been in San Antonio for over 20 years. Excellent service. Honors warranties. Fair pricing. I had an issue with a water heater, the warranty had expired, when they examined and realized the part was defective, they didn't charge me for the work. Would not consider calling anyone else. They believe in service to the customer.

Never got a call back. Had an emergency air conditioning issue and nobody called me back!! What kind of business are you running?!! Took my business elsewhere. Too bad for them they lost a customer. Would not recommend.

Great plumbers. Replaced my water heater for less than half of what I was quoted by another company. Very friendly staff

I called for a hot water heater issue around 11 am one day. I was told I would need to talk to the dispatcher and he would call me back shortly. Four hours later, I still had not heard from anyone. I called again and spoke to some else, who seemed to busy to really talk to me. After a short and interupted conversation he took my number again and promised to have some one call me. I never heard from anyone. I guess they have so much business they just don't need mine! If this is how they treat potential customers, I wonder how they respond to folks who have already paid them? If you need an urgent response, don't bother calling here.
