I had horrible experience !,unfortunate I chose that optical because many times I got flyers that they gave out on the street offering at 10% discount ...At the first appointment Dr. Lee prescribed me a wrong medication:Antibiotics for a problem of dryness (Neomycin and polymyxin B),my problem got worst:my eyes become inflamed,redder and painful,supporting this problem for two days until see the Dr. Lee again,because he doesn't come to this place every day.Also at this first appt. he prescribed glasses,and the customer service said if I didn't buy them,I would pay the exam more expensive!.They offered me progressive glasses and said they were the best option for me.I paid almost $500 cash,and when I tried them were uselessness !.I explained them the glasses were wrong because I couldn't read with them,and any glasses of 99 cents helping me better !,two of customer service's women refused to fix them,they didn't want to recognize the wrong glasses prescription and the big mistake that the mark on progressive glasses was made for a girl with a poor experience the first appointment. day.I argued with two of customer service ladies,one of them wears glasses and prepares insurance bills,and the another is the biggest one.Finally I spoke with the Dr. Lee .They made them again but never worked well.I feel very disappointed because my eyes problem got worst at the time,I lost many days in my job and the expensive glasses never worked well !.Be Careful,Stay away !!.

I like this optical, this is where I go to get my eye examination and my glasses, they have a huge selection of designer frames that I love, but also they have the low price frames, so you get what you can. the doctors are very knowledgeable and nice, never have a problem with the girls at the front desk, or my orders, they usually ready btw 1-2 weeks. no big deal.

I been going to this practice for almost 3 years and the experience is always good. selection of frames is wise and different prices for your budget. I have no trouble with the doctors or the staff at all. always a good vibe. :)

I'm not sure why I did it but I kept going to this place for about 4 years and I hated the experience every time. They are so disorganized and the staff never knows what they are doing. They recently stopped taking my insurance which is one of the most common ones people use so they did me a favor. Finally going to a better place.
