I had my home cleaned yesterday and was expecting a deep clean. When I called the office to report that my fridge which I was charged extra for was not done and my counters still had some dried stains on there and I wanted that portion refunded the lady stated that she couldn't refund me and had to just let the owner know. I asked why she couldnt and when even the lady who cleaned my house stated that she didnt do it and the office lady just said they couldnt give refunds. The office lady then stated that my home fridge was not cleaned because I had food inside and then i informed her that I had this done previously and the lady was able to clean it. When i first had my home cleaned the deep cleaning was quoted at 219 and an additional 30 for inside the fridge. I was charged 260!!!!! and it was not a deep cleaning!!! The office lady refused to explain to me the difference of what is included with a deep cleaning versus their standard cleaning or how I was charged this time. When i asked the office clerk for her name she stated she was not going to give it to me and I asked her why not since she was telling me all this stuff and she stated she did not have to. When I asked again for her name she told me they were not refunding anything and she would let the owner know and HUNG UP IN MY FACE. BASED on her attitude and behavior DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!!!! SHE HAS RUINED MY SERVICE any further with this company- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY
