        Danny and Jose made the initial inspection during which Jose said the reason that water was under the shower was because the shower curtain was outside the the shower. I explained that that my home health aide had been in that morning cleaning and that is why the shower curtain was as it was. The insurance adjuster used Jose’s words as a basis to deny removing the quarter round and cleaning the water out. They removed about 200 feet of wet insulation from under the house but at the point where they cut it insulation was left hanging down. There were several fans put under the house for four days in order to dry everything out. However some one forgot to replace the skirting and for four days my dogs had access to the underside.
