My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim's Music Center. We have bought several thousand dollars of instruments over the past 3 years and we've never regretted a single purchase. We wouldn't shop any place else. The owners are wonderful people who have the most friendly and qualified staff. They have always taken the time to talk with us whenever we've had questions and they've always guided us down the right path.

My 3 children and husband have taken instrument lessons at Jim's Music Center for almost 3 years now. We are so impressed by each instructor's talent and professionalism. They are truly dedicated to each and every one of their students. So stop by Jim's Music Center and see for yourself just how great they really are! You'll never want to shop anywhere else. I guarantee it!

If your church is in need of a PA, Microphones, Keyboards or ??? do not waste your time with Jim's Music. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but more concerned about their commission than the owners are about after sale customer service and support. You might as well save your money and time and order online. Just ask one of the owners, and they will tell you that you don't know what you are talking about or imply or openly say that you are an idiot. That is, of course, after they already have your money and you have their defective merchandise that they do not stand behind even when under warranty. They certainly do not appear to be as humble or helpful since moving to their new location, which is very very nice by the way. Pride? Guess they will see how things turn out for them with this economy and their new location. I predict that their sales will drop if from nothing else than their arrogance. They will not be getting any more of our business!
