University Toyota of Tuscumbia

This is the worse dealership I have ever delt with or heard of. They do not stand by what they say their word is crap. Also who sells a new vehicle and insisted it doesn't come with floor mats, floor mats are extra. I will never ever use university toyota for any reason and would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go elsewhere.

The whole university group are crooks , they lied to me when I bought a new hyundai, minor stuff but it cost me several hundred dollars in services I did not want. My good friend bought a Toyota they screwed her over so bad it took Toyota cooperate months to straighten it out, she is much nicer than me, I would have sued them into oblivion, and I have never sued anyone .. what they did was criminal. Buy from the one dealer left in the shoals they don't own, or drive to .. Athens, huntsville, tupelo.. wherever just not uni.

This is a terrible dealership. We drove a great distance to this dealer because the internet salesman would not return emails about the vehicles we were asking about. The salesman "Brian” Did not know anything about the vehicle / accessories for the RAV 4 my wife was buying. The Salesman did not offer us any Brochures on the RAV4 or the Camry we test drove. He would only deal with my wife and was very rude to me. The salesman / Dealer ended up charging $1,000 more because I would not use their financing at a higher interest rate. This did not allow us to use the entire $4100 back in dealer cash we were being allow from Toyota for a year end model. In part of the sale she purchased the all-weather floor mats, when they installed them, they took the factory mats out and did not allow her to keep them. When we went to close on the sale, their finance person would not put my name on the Bill of Sale or Title Application, I sat there like a knot on a log while my wife signed all the paperwork by herself. He stated it was not big deal and he would fix it on Monday. She spent all day Monday trying to get the paperwork straightened out between the dealer and our credit union. We bought a Tundra from this dealer back in 2006, however I will NEVER Buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. The only reason we purchased this vehicle is because this is the one my wife wanted and no other dealers had this exact vehicle. I will spread the word to everyone I know about this dealership.

This is a good dealership, but it's obvious that first review was written by someone at the dealership. A customer wouldn't say all that. Sounds totally made up!
