I could not believe how quickly they responded to my request for a checkup service call.

I made a late in the day call about air being out. They were very courteous and arrived about 1 1/2 hours later, unit was froze up, they had to come back in the morning. They arrived again about 7:45am, checked and charged system. Checked temps at registers in the house before the left. Very professional, have used them for years and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend Shane Proctor HVAC for quick and reasonable service needs.

Cooling was recommended by a friend. I called that morning, no one answered, but called me back within 5 minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day considering it's 105 degrees in July. I recommend you giving them a call if you need work on your AC unit
