Turlock pediatrics is the best. What more to say? Everytime my kids are sick they will get me in the same day! No parent would like to wait for an appointment two or three days later when their kids are sick that day, and turlock pediatrics understands that! They are there seven days a week and open late! Wonderful doctors and great staff! They understand kids amd their moms! ;)

My daughter saw a female Dr. today. The Dr. was very rude! She didn't knock before entering the room and once she entered, she didn't introduce herself or great us in a friendly way. She began by asking why my daughter had gained so much weight. She is an average height and weight for her age but the Dr. didn't consider this; only looked at her records and questioned the weight. This is a very poor way to start especially with so many girls in this age range suffering from poor self esteem and eating disorders. The Dr. also argued with me over a shot that she thought my daughter should be receiving. The shot is recommended but is not required and is a personal choice. We will be switching Dr. offices. Wanted to let others know before they have the same poor experience we had.

I really like this office! Theres many drs there to chose from and the ones we have seen are great! The staff is very friendly, the nurses are great with the kids. I even had to go to their records dept and the man was able to help me get what i needed the same day. Only thing i hate is waiting time but all in all...Great office. Great service.

Dr. Goels office is extremely busy with many Families on medi-cal. They have always tried to be accommodating. Due to the economy and more parents signing up on state insurance, his office staff haven't turned ppl away. Many dr.'s tell you they no longer are accepting new patients. I've never heard Dr. Goels office say this.
The staff may seem rude, but I've seen the uneducated, irrational and ungrateful attitudes that they deal with daily. Parents: learn proper public edicat then teach your children the same. This might help with bad attitudes of office staff. Kudos to Dr. Goels office for being there for you. Thanks...

Receptionists have no phone skills or customer service skils and the doctors need to be reminded of the oath they took before they took on their practice

I have a 4 week old daughter she came down with some virus going around. Dr. Goel is my other two kids pediatrician. But the odd thing is that i have only met Dr. Goel maybe twice. Anyways I called in for my daughter to be seen and the receptionist was really rude told me they would put me on a waiting list. I asked if i caould make the app. a for sure for the next day and she said no that i had to call that same day and if i was lucky to get an app. I told her the age of my baby and she said very rudely to take her to the hospital instead.l I will never take my children there again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANY ONE!!!
