I manage an apartment complex. A new tenant was not allowed to get service connected because the PRIOR tenant moved out without paying their bill. The new tenant had to wait on an "investigation" before they could have hot water or heat!! Ridiculous!!

the customer service lady i just talked to, named susan, was the nicest and most helpful. i say give her a raise.

Poor in customer service !
