DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Ron Morton promised he would fix shower and tub back ups in a timely manner and be comparable to other companies. Collapsed exterior sewer lines were determined to be the problem and I charged $300 for camera and $3800 for repairs. After this company repaired sewer lines, the tub and shower were both still backing up. 2 adults and 3 children were living in the home at this time, unable to use any bathing facilities. I hired another plumber to fix the initial interior problem. He ran a drain machine, replaced a drum trap and charged $570 to fix the problem in a day. The initial work by Ready Services was initiated 1/20/16 and not completed until the beginning of May 2016 (leveling ground, filling holes, etc). Multiple calls/voice messages were left by myself to complete work. Then after final payment was made/deposited (5/10/16), this company contacted me 2x requesting final payment.
