        Never answer their phones

        This store NEVER answers their phones! Not only that but tI can never find a sales associate, I swear they must be hiding in the back room! If I am lucky to find someone, they are very young and not knowlegable. I have walked out of Best Buy more than once frusterated and gone to their competitor.

        These guys are da COOLEST

        If there is a Best Buy that deserves to give they're employees a raise it would be this one. The customer support is awesome and so is the electronics department. What am I talking about, everyone that works in this store is freaking awesome. Keep up the work you guys, you are amazing. Thanks.
