A professional woman with a warm personality as well. She knows the ropes well re: Soc Sec Disability requirements and procedures. Extremely easy to talk to and her staff does a good job as well. However be prepared that obtaining a Disability Award can take a long time. This is not due to Ms. Gray but to the nature of the system. If the govt. made it easy to get an award then many people would get them. One has to play a tedious waiting game with the federal bureaucracy. My wife was referred to Ms. Gray by a personal friend, both eventually received awards.
