        had an overall great time at Spacefest, however their customer service is not very good....they charged my card 2 times for the same purchase 10 days ago, they keep telling me they are going to get it reversed, endless emails and phone calls....they still have my money...be careful when purchasing from them..if you have a problem, they really don't care
