This was an awful experience using Lowe's for our home toilet replacement and install. The company that Lowe's referred me too would only give me a quote if I agreed to have to entire bathroom remodeled. I didn't pay anywhere near the listed price of an install at Lowe's of $159.00 plus tax. My install price ended up being almost $400.00. After this terrible experience with Lowe's I wouldn't recommend anyone use them for installations.

I started a project back in September, 2016. I bought a french patio door and spent a ton of money. I had hoped to have the project completed by the end of October. The best part of my experience was picking out the door. The gentleman (salesperson) who helped me of course was awesome. Since then, nothing has gone correctly. I've taken two days off of work trying to get the installation done. The first time, the door arrived damaged. I sent it back. The second time, the installers truck has broken down. No phone call. I had to call Lowe's twice to get a response and still I'm sitting here waiting. In-between there have been phone calls "How did your installation go?" Ah, check your records. It didn't. It hasn't. I will not work with Lowes again. I want and expect things to go smoothly when doing a project. I am just crossing my fingers that I'm going to get it done today but I still don't know. #nothappy.

Less than a star! Will never, ever again step foot in your store!!! Asked two clerks for help, one didn't care because it wasn't his dept??? Didn't bother to call or ask if he could get someone. Waited, waited no one around. Go down the ile clerk standing in middle of isle, have to excuse myself to get around him. Since I caught his attention tried to ask for directions - quote, "I'm busy with a customer." What he was doing was standing in the way, and watching a customer rummage for himself.Too bad there are no negative stars... Like a miness 10 or so... Rest assured I will spread the word!

The past two times I have been in Lowes on Speedway I have witnessed a poor and a "can't be bothered" attitude from the employees. I will not frequent the store in the future unless it is an absolute necessity.

First time shopping at Lowes for an appliance and I have to say I will NEVER do so again. The quality of the customer service is appalling. So far we have been told 5, yes FIVE, different delivery days with no show, no call, even cancelled a trip we had planned to accommodate their busy schedules. They got our address wrong, we had to call twice to have it actually corrected. First time calling the lady took down the address and then told us they were too busy to talk to reschedule the delivery day since the original day the guy never called or showed up and would call us back, of course never got a call back. Finally when I reached a manager and and found out our address was never corrected and asked to file a complaint she informs me of the delivery date, which is over a week from what the delivery guy told us on the phone the only time we spoke with him, and that she has no way of verifying if anything I said was true. NEVER again Lowes.

I tried to buy a refrigerator this weekend, 3 refrigerators did not have any handle on then, there rating on web sight is not true, The store removed help buttons around store, why ?, the one that are there do not work, do not have a radial arm saw to cut your wood, if your in the market for a refrigerator, check the web sights, do not listen to the salespeople, they are unqualified to answer your question. the warranty on new appliances are only one year, different company makes different ones, like LG is Kenmore elite, I have heard bad things about GE refigerators and samsung,

In the past 3 months I had 2 installation jobs scheduled with Lowes. The first one went great. No problems. But after the second one, I didn't receive a feedback call, or any in regards of whether the job was done or not. After I called and told them that I had been waiting for a phone call, they told me they actually did which was completely not true. I even checked my cell phone to make sure I didn't miss any calls from them because of the fact that a new piece that was damaged at the time of installation needed to be re-ordered. Don't bother calling the store manager either as they never answer their phones or give the option to leave a message.

Can count on them to put you on hold and not reply with help on there products.

I enjoy Lowes because its always clean and friendly. Until I bought a GM Frige, Oven, Microwave. The Frige door had a scratch on it and it took them 5 months to replace and microwave handle chipped off on to my boiling pasta. And now am playing the phone tag game with lowes over my handle. The oven had no problems let but I'm sure it will be a big problem with Lowes. My dryer just broke so I think I will head over to Sears for that.
