Beware the fine print of the contracts you sign. The contract I signed with this company stated that they could--at the end of my intial contract period-- automatically renew my contract for another 5-years without notifying me that they were about to do so. Then, when I tried to cancel (even though I fulfilled the extent of my original agreement) I found that unless the person moving into my house was willing to assume my contract, I would have to pay a $300 cancellation fee...something the salesperson didn't make clear (at least in my case).
