The clerks are less than polite, very slow and there never seems to be enough clerks to serve the long line of customers. This is true all during the year, not just at Christmas. This PO has a bad reputation for service at the counter.

Recently, I was in line with more than 30 people, only 2 slow clerks were on service. When a person in line asked why there were no more clerks at the counter, a Supervisor gave a curt reply and left to the back of the PO. A few moments later, he and another person came out to help. I stood in line to get a prepaid Prioity Mail Box [SEB box?] only to be told when I got to the counter that they did not have any.I had a very long wait for nothing. If a sign was posted saying they were out of the boxes, it would have saved me and a lot of other people a lot of time. Hey, if you provide the service and advertise it on TV, you should have the boxes available. I asked when they would be in stock, I was told they did not know when they would receive there next shipment. As of 11:00am the next day they still did not have any of the boxes.

I know of only one exception to the impolite people at this PO, that is Claudia. She has always been nice and polite.
