Wow Garry Stepp is great at A1 Sewing Machine. He is very nice and very patient with me. I highly recommend anyone who needs a sewing machine to buy from him. You might get a better deal on line or somewhere else but not that type of high quality customer service. He wants to make sure you know how to use your machine before sending you home.

I was planning to visit from Missouri and since I had no one close who could service and repair my machine was excited to find them. My aunt also used them as well. They cleaned my machine and took care of it in a timely manner. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to be able to find such expertise, along with professionalism, to take care of this for me. Highly recommend them for any need you have and trust them to take care of you the way they have taken care of me and my specific needs. You will be as happy as I am!

Great family company! I bought my first sewing machine from Buck Stepp in 1966, a used Good Housekeeper machine! Since then I have purchased from them Riccar, Morse, Singer, and Janome (for a total of 8-love my Janome machines best!). I have always been very happy with the personal service, their knowledge, on-site service, repairs and lessons given. I would highly recommend them to a beginner or to experienced sewers everywhere!

My twin sister and I have had our machines serviced here since the 1980s. The service and expertise is great.

Yes, I had my Serger serviced here and yes, they offer a 30 day warranty on their work, but would you go back to somewhere that kept your machine for a week and didn't have the decency to clean your machine while servicing it? Not if you are trying to make money with your machine....time is money...

I'll spend my time and money elsewhere that does the job properly the first time!!

These people are knowlegable. My profession and hobbies require some special eyewear and I was able to depend on the opticians suggestions. The personal service was wonderful and the prices were fair. They accepted my insurance in lieu of payment. It was a great experience.
