Axa WCA Towing

My car was towed and nobody picked up the phone at the number listed both on the sign in the parking lot and online. I called nearly 30 times. The address was wrong also and it took me about two hours to find out where my car was! At that point it was too late and I had to get a hotel overnight until I was able to get my car in the morning. How can you be a running business and not answer the phone and have the wrong address???? What a nightmare!

WCA Towing came and "rescued" me the other day when it was early in the morning. It was the sixth company I called and the ONLY ONE to answer their phone. I was happy with their professionalism and would ABSOLUTELY call them first the next time I break down in the Bordentown area.....Hopefully that won't happen again anytime soon!
