Worst. Cleaner. Ever. They lost 21 of my husbands dress shirts and tried to give him an order of 20 of someone else's shirts. After 2 months of trying to straighten it out and being offered something like $2 a shirt, he went ahead and claimed the other guy's shirts since he really needed shirts to wear, they were the right size, and $42 wouldn't go very far in replacing them. Instead of his white dress shirts, he now has every color in the rainbow, even one western style shirt. It's sort of funny actually since he did at least get something back, but I WILL NEVER USE THIS CLEANER AGAIN!!!!!!! I'm only giving it one star because the flag insists on it in order to post this. I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could.

Can I do NEGATIVE STARS? Park Ave Cleaners has destroyed two different orders of mine and refused to fix their mistakes... I don't recommend using them for your cleaning and especially alterations!



I have tried really hard to get them to fix their mistake but they refused to correct their error. Said I can pay again for them to do what they should have done in the first place. They were straight forward about not caring that there was a problem, which was 100% their fault and didn't care that anyone would write a bad review... strange way to run a business if you ask me.



They did not return my phone call and I had to show up at the store several times to get someone who 'claimed' they could help - but they really just wanted more money for what they should have done to start with. Really unhappy - zero attempt on their part to correct their error.

The worst customer service and they mess up your orders. I had my alterations not when I picked up my clothes, but because I thought they were professionals I did not check until I needed to wear them. I wasted gas and time several times trying to fix repeated mistakes. Don't take your clothes there unless you want to suffer!
