Worst customer service ever ! They just stand around doing nothing . I came here to just exchange something and the girl jamie went off about how i cant return my item without a reciept . I wasnt asking for my money back i simply wanted a differant size but yet again they were rude and gave me attitude . I DO NOT recomend this store at all . It has been by far the worst retail experience ever . I understand you cannot bend the rules , i understand they have signs that say not returns but not about exchanging . I work at rue21 and we do whatever to keep our customers happy even if they dont have the reciept we give them the choice to get merchandise credit . Its all funny because iconic in Stockton were willing to exchange it for me w/o the reciept but they didnt have the same item . DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
