        Bought a part that I was told would work and that he himself had used on a repair. Well the part didn't fit and that was frustrating. Went to another place to get the right one that worked just fine. However I went to return it as I was told would be no problem if it didn't work but again was reassured it would work. Get there with receipt and was told I needed the card I paid with, I told him I could get a picture of it sent and was told it cost him more to return without having the card ( Really) not only rude but I mean we are talking about a $20 charge!!!!! just making an exchange difficult. Also want to note that I drove there 2 times and now have to a third time and it is 25 minutes each way from my home. I would normally not waste my time for $20 dollars however now its principal. I wont ever use them in the future.

        Bought washer and TV from them. The service was excellent and professional. They were there when they said and was very prompt.
