What an AWFUL experience.I booked this salon for me and my bridal party nearly a year in advance because they are one of the few salons in the area that offer airbrush make up. Seeing they advertise on their website they do the make up for the buffalo bandits etc. I thought I would get some world class service. The artist Alicia was nice, seemed professional, she just did not have results! Maybe she is just too new in this business. I came in for a trial (they charge full price) and i left with my airbrush make-up cracking off of my face. She said she made a mistake and my skin must have had oil on it, she should have primed it first... I came home and my fiance said I looked like a zombie raccoon! (WHY WOULDN'T YOU RE-DO IT?!?! I was supposed to be "wedding ready"!!! ) My poor maid of honor's make up was SO HORRIBLE she re-did it twice, then just gave up and handed her a container of make-up remover wipes. Let me tell you how confident we feel coming here for my wedding! I called the manager to explain my non-confidence boosting experience and all she did was make excuses. Told me my friend would look ridiculous leaving the salon with that much make-up on and it should have been washed off. Same with having your hair done, you wouldn't go in public with a fancy up do. WHAT?!?! I am pretty sure that is the choice of the client, and why we left without these things had nothing to do with choice, it had to do with a really horrible job. I could not believe the manager didn't offer for me to come back for another trial, or give me even $10.00 of my full price bill. She ended the conversation with "well let me speak to Alicia, I will give you a call back" Guess who never called back... What a horrible business owner with horrible customer service skills. She lost a bridal party of 8 to Capellos.

This salon is amazing from the atmosphere to the stylists... They are all up on the latest techniques so feel free to be able to get everything done here...I go to Carmela....LOVE HER..and have been going to her for years and years and will never switch. I can say that IF I had to (in an emergency) get my hair done by someone else..I would feel comfortable with ANYONE at this salon...The decor is so amazing too...
