This story should speak volumes to everyone who reads it about the kind of management and staff who work for Statewide Roadside Assistance. I am a widow from North Carolina who has a child attending college in New Jersey. While going to school my sons car broke down and I was given an astronomical price for the repairs that needed to be done. Statewide Roadside Assistance picked his car up from another repair shop, had everyone that they could find to price the repair and clearly brought bids to the table to save me hundreds of dollars. I cannot express my gratitude to these people for all that they have done. If you are looking for integrity from a business and if you believe in the balance of maintaining the golden rule....LOOK NO FURTHER.....AMAZING SERVICE AND AMAZING KINDNESS. I have been in management and customer service for more than 20 years and I give Statewide Roadside Assistance 10 stars!!!

My car broke down and they came to tow it. Offered to look at the problem and then gave me a very reasonable price to repair. Manager is very nice and offered to work with me on payments. A real life saver.

I am highly satisfied with the work these guys do! The other day I brought my 05 Excursion to the shop for what I thought was a power steering repair. Later I come to find out how loose the front end of my truck was. I have noticed it was loose but once I got the truck back i felt a dramatic change! The problem was fixed within the day and was reasonably priced! Thank you to Matt and the rest of the crew for an amazing job on my truck! I will most definitely be back!

This comes from a grateful out-of-towner. I live on Long Island, NY. I was visiting my elderly mother in Brick during the heatwave of mid-August 2016 and my car’s battery died in her driveway late one afternoon. My visit was nearing an end and I had to return home right away. It was around 5:00 pm and most nearby repair shops were closing. SRA came and assured me that they could get me a new battery and install it. They towed my car and me away, and took care of business at a very reasonable price. Let’s face it - there was no guarantee that an auto supply store or retail service center would have my battery or be able to install it late in the day. Neal and his staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very courteous. I came to understand that they put in long hours and can possibly transport people between their homes and the shop – you can’t beat that! I deeply appreciated their efforts. I am retaining their phone number if I ever need their services again when visiting Mom.

my car broke down and they came to tow my car. They offered me a free full diagnostic on my car to find the problem and offered to work with me. The manager was super nice and understanding and the mechanics were friendly and very quick to help. They fixed my car within a matter of 15-20minutes and had me back on the road again. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get their car fixed in a timely manner.

I know that there are some bad reviews on this site about this company...but I had a very good experience. Last night I was stuck with 2 flats in my Mercedes at 11:00 at night. Being a woman stuck alone late at night you want to feel like there is someone there to help you. The office made me feel at ease...that someone would be there quickly. When the driver...I think Michael...got there he was knowledgeable about my car and treated me with respect. He was very informative and he stayed with me until my ride arrived. I felt very safe and didn't feel as if he was annoyed that he had to wait for my ride. All in all it was a good experience. If I had to be in that situation, I'm glad that I ended up with the tow truck company and driver that I did.

statewide assisted my mother in a tow earlier this week during in-climate weather and not only did they arrive 15 mins prior to the ETA but the service was exceptional. The driver was very polite, courteous, and even helped my mother carry her groceries into her apartment upon arriving at the tow destination. I was at work and unfortunately was unable to assist my mother in her time of need; however, statewide was there to fill in and went above and beyond the call of duty. Contrary to many posts on the site, I'm here to state that my experience with them was the gold standard of towing and after such an experience I have to believe that the negative posts may be local competitors attempting to slander their reputation. I highly recommend statewide to anyone seeking a tow.

During snow storm of Jan 21, they were nice enough to send a driver to Brick and drive me home from a location I was dropped off at. They did not charge me anything but I did give driver a nice tip. Thanks for the great service.

We are new to the area. Our car would not start. Our towing insurance is with Liberty Mutual who arranged for this roadside assistance. This company came before time expected, a positive thing. The towing truck dirver was polite and trouble shot the root cause of the issue to be the fuel pump rather than the alternatork as we thought. We were going to have the car towed to a dealer, but the driver convinced us to have it repaired by their facility. We were presented with a fair estimate for the work with one hour of leaving our home. The repair was completed within 24 hours,, bur since it was News Year's Eve we asked to ick up our car on Thursday. On Thursday there was a blizzard predicted. The owner was kind and nice. He called and asked if he could come pick me up so I could have the car. Nice person, great service. Definitely not one and done!.
