Shear Glamour Hair Salon

This salon does not care about their customer at all. I went into this salon and told Nicole what what color I wanted my hair to be (dark ash brown) and she gave me the complete opposite! She left the bleach in my hair for over an hour (the timer was set for 30mins). She walked away doing 3 other girls hair all the the same time while she was doing my hair. My hair ended up being platinum blonde and I was totally horrified! I ended up paying 250$ for a crappy job. I called the manager Mindy and told her that I was very unsatisfied with my hair and it wasn't what I asked for. All she said "yeah that happens sometimes" no apology or offered my money back. Very rude and unprofessional. All they offered was a free toner that would darken my hair. After paying 250$ for a color that I did not ask for and a blow out it was just a waste of money. I was not even offered a free blow out as an inconvenience on their part. Never going back here again! You been warned.

Shelly is the absolute best hair dresser ever. She takes the time to listen to what you want and she takes whatever time is necessary to achieve the look you are hoping for. I went Saturday and walked out feeling like a new person . I was so happy with the cut and the highlighting. Before using Shelly I would have my hair done and walk out thinking "well it will look better when it grows a little" , or " it will look better when I get used to it. That never happens with Shelly. When I walk out I am thrilled with the way I look and the job she did. Try her you won't be disappointed, I promise.
