I WENT TO MY PARENTS HOUSE DURING THE HEAT SPELL AND IT WAS 85 DEGREES IN THERE AND I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CARE TEMP AND THEY HAD A TECH THERE WITHIN AN HOUR. THE TECHNICIAN TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD REPLACE THE SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE ONE OF THE ORIGINAL AC SYSTEMS AND IT WAS NOT COOLING LIKE IT SHOULD AND HAD SOME KIND OF LEAK.
MY PARENTS SIGNED PAPERWORK TO HAVE IT REPLACED BUT THE TECH WAS ABLE TO TEMP FIX IT WHILE HE WAS THERE. THE OFFICE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THEY COULD PUT IN THE NEW AC SYSTEM THAT WEEK. MY PARENTS ARE COOLING AND SIT COMFORTABLY IN THEIR HOME! THANK YOU CARE TEMP FOR YOUR PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM AND FOR HELPING OUT MY 80 YEAR OLD PARENTS!!

Total rip off they take advantage of the elderly in holiday city . Said our whole air conditioning system was bad and it would be $5000 or more to repair next guy came in and fixed it for $60 .
