Action Termite & Pest Control

We had scheduled for tick control, upon scheduling I requested that a liquid spray be used instead of granular. Upon the tech showing he only had granular on his truck . He was unaware of my original request and stated that is what his boss gave him. My concerns with the granular were that my dogs would ingest it and become ill. He agreed. He said he would have the office call and reschedule for the appointment. NO call to reschedule and just received a note from them thanking us for our business . Lack of communication here !!

I recently had Action Termite and Pest Control for a problem I was having with ants. I've had a couple different companies out over the years and have been basically satisfied with the service. Until Action came out. I called and made an appointment and had someone out the next day. The tech that came out, Victor, went absolutely above and beyond what I had ever experienced or expected before. He arrived on time, took the time to explain the chemicals he was using and how they worked and answered all of my stupid questions! I really couldn't be happier with the service I've recieved with them and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family!
