I had a sneaking suspicion the "other guys" had been over-charging me, so I decided to give Ultra a try. Ultra charged me roughly HALF as much to replace my circuit board as compared to my previous contractor.



It is more than just the money. Ultra did not expect me to wait for an extended period of time for them to show up. I was free to go to work, and they called me twenty minutes ahead of time so that I could meet them. The disruption to my schedule was minimal.



The repairman had the necessary parts with him and he had me back in business in short order.



My impression is that they were caring and concerned and that it was not just about the money or what was convenient for them.



Hopefully I will not need a repair any time soon, but if I do, I will absolutely call Ultra. Highly recommended.
