Should have read the other reviews first and not wasted my time. Called them TWO WEEKS ago and left a message about getting a quote on work we want done....NEVER heard back from anyone. Skip this company and find someone else!!!

They are a completey horrible mis-managed company, they told me i shouldnt run my furnace (in october) until my chimney was fixed but couldnt schedule me for 2 weeks, then rescheduled due to "it's supposed to rain" (it never did). Then rescheduled me again, all the while knowing I have a newborn in my home. Everytime they called i caught them lying to me about why they were not doing the work. Their own employee told me they typically have upset clientelle!

Their cleaning fee is reasonable, but if you need any work done to the chimney to fix it the cost is higher than competitors. They have terrible customer service; called me names when I asked about their pricing difference and then told me they would just find another customer. They also said they had been in business for over 19 years when according to the BBB they have been in business since 2006 and they have several complaints. Beware before you contract them.
