I called for a week straight about a wrangler top , got "im short handed " " sedning someone out today " "ill call you back by the end of the day " ill send picture today " pretty much every excuss to not sell this top ! I go online today , mind you 2 weeks later and the top is sold ! nice customer service !! will never use them again ! wasted so much of my time !!

WARNING! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NEVER DELIVER PRODUCT! Our company ordered a transmission November 10th with an expected delivery of 3-4 business days. On November 20th an email requesting the delivery date was sent to "Junior" a sales manager at the company. No response was received from that email. The shipping company was contacted on December 1st, which advised the driver couldn't find our warehouse. Directions were given to the shipping company and delivery was promised next day. On December 3rd the shipping company advised that Junior the Sales Manger requested the transmission be sent back to them. Surprised that a company would charge for a product and not deliver it, I contacted the sales department. Junior screamed over the phone that our company doesn't exist and that our credit card is stolen! Appalled at this behavior I asked to speak with a manager. Hoping to get the issue resolved I was put on the phone with Shane the General Manager. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Claiming our warehouse was abandoned and that our credit card was fraudulent. Keep in mind they charged our card and never shipped the product-they are the ones committing fraud. I tried to explain to them that our warehouse is not abandoned this is incorrect information and they just continued to yell and say we are a fake company. Now the company must dispute the transaction with our credit card company since we paid for an item we never received. I never write these reviews however I am just shocked and appalled at the behavior of these so called professionals.

the sign outside the business says used auto parts when you expect damage free parts from a used auto parts dealer you are expecting too much all of the cars are purchased pre accident like all used auto parts dealers do maybe you the complainer should consider buying new parts for your used car sounds very petty to write a bad review without thinking through your own shortcomings i am satisfied customer for 11 years maybe rude grow some skin

Zero stars! Horrible service! Extremelly displeased with staff, who were very rude and not efficient at all. It just took them two hours to get me a wheel, I've driven from Hudson, Ma for it and called early in the morning to ask if they could please remove it from their vehicle and have it ready, that I would pay through the phone, just to avoid having my pregnant wife wait too long in the car, they insisted they wouldn't do it even if I paid for it immediately, prior to getting there. When I finally got the wheel, it was a dump, all scratched and ruined. I wish they would at least tell me it was this bad before I spent two hrs there. Avoid going there. You will most likely be disappointed.

This place has no loyalty even to their regular customers. I've been dealing with them for over 14 years and the past few years their customer service has went completely down the drain. They are are extremely rude and liars. Mainly Ron & Judy. I've spent a lot of money with them over the years and still treated me like nothing. I paid for an item that wasn't ever sent after waiting around for 2 weeks and Ron still didn't refund my money. I had to dispute the charge which I hate doing against another company. I just don't understand what happened to them.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. If you deal with them you will get headache, lost time and money!!! They don't even deserve a star on the rating scale, my rating is -5 stars, this place should be shut down!!!



They will answer the phone or call you back only before you made the purchase, once they get your credit card info and signed authorization form that's where all the trouble start!



Just to get copy of the receipt I had to call them few days in the row. To get my engine core refund it took me like two week. For the return item I waited a month and then I just called my credit card and disputed charges.



Ron told me that the engine that I will be getting has 30k miles, once I received it I googled the vin # and car had over 55k miles when it was totaled.!! mistake?! I DON'T THINK SO.



Ok if you are already in this mess, the easier way out is just to call your credit card and dispute charges. Or if you have time call them every day.! Also call general # and not the direct line to your sales person.! Then ask them to get your sale person on the phone, don't go for the voice mail. If they don't pic up just hang up and re-dial again and again. Of course be prepare to hear something like, "you are very rood customer" or "we have other customers to take care of" or "we are very very busy" lol...



I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. STAY AWAY!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE ASSOCIATES. TAKES 45 MINUTES TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AFTER BEING ON HOLD TIME AND TIME AGAIN. THEY MISPLACED MY PAPERWORK FOR AN ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES BUT BLAMED IT ON ME. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. STAY AWAY!

I was forced to give this place a star rating. In my opinion it doesn't even deserve a star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Would not order from here again. I work for a body shop in Massachusetts . My boss ordered a door from them and he was told 1 door ding. received door and counted at least 8 individual door dings. called boss he said he didn't like. Told driver I need to take picture of invoice and door. Driver took invoice from my hand before i could photograph it. I had to follow him out there and he had his hands on door ready to pic up before I took photograph. I take the pic then ask for invoice he says "for what" and being in a noisey shop I said I need the invoice. again "for what" "I need to take a picture of it." "Why?" to proove to insurance company that we tried to take it. and I get an annoied scoff?! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

If you want a huge headache go ahead and call them! I specifically signed up to write a review on how HORRIBLE these people are, how they're still in business I don't know?! First they tell me my card got declined and to to call my bank to see what the deal is after making sure the card info I gave them was correct ,which it was. Call my bank and come to find out they put in a wrong number when entering it, so somebody's fat finger caused an error on their part. This was after a week of me waiting for my part not hearing anything and me having to call them to see what was up. Which may i say took 3 different attempts throughout the day and after being on hold and being transferred around the phone systems for a hour. Get everything straightened out finally, get my part and it ended up being the wrong one. Call them up and tell them and they said they'll look into it after i gave them the part number they sent and got the inevitable "Call you right back" what a joke that was. No call for the remainder of the day, 4+ hours and still nothing the next day till i call them at 4pm and finally talk to someone again. Part is supposed to be here today and it isn't.



A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY RIGHT HERE. IF YOU WANT THE BIGGEST HEADACHE OF YOUR LIFE, CALL THEM UP... WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR!



There are no 2 sides blah, blah... This will most likely only ever be the time i leave a review on YP, I just wanted to warn others of this place.

IF THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH. called three times. they said they had the part had to check condition. never got back to me. called again had no history of me calling no idea about it said they would check and get back to me. three days later call them again they again have no idea what i am talking about and look it up just to tell me damaged. took 5 days total for them to tell me they did not have the part. before they even respond to this review let me just say there is no 2 sides to this story as they always say. worst customer service i have had to deal with.

This auto salvage yard KNOWING...

This auto salvage yard KNOWINGLY sent a blown engine to my husband's import auto repair shop (in Lexington, Ky). My husband had a tech spend several hours inspecting this engine and found that part of the block had been welded together (among other issues). My husband is not an idiot- he would never just stick some random salvage engine in a car without thorough inspection and hope for the best. I guess that's what this place was hoping would happen. The salvage yard knew they had sent a bad engine down to Kentucky- wasting our time, the customer's time and their own time. My husband called the manager out on what this place had done and they refunded the cost of the engine and shipping and shipped the engine back to RI. This business needs to learn what it is to have integrity in customer service.

This person claims that we knowingly sent out a blown engine to them, one would have to ask how they knew this if they never installed it. No one here every called anyone a idiot, for it is your choice to make these claims. All engine's are run and tested before they leave our facility. And we would hope that every customer would check things before they install, for it is not a perfect world. There are times when we do not see things and fall thru the cracks. But the bottom line is that we ran the engine and guaranteed it to do so. It was not a question of that we knew we sold a bad engine for again it was tested. There was no calling out on anybody it was simple stated do not like the looks of engine do not use it and we will pick it up, and also offer to ship out another. It is not our fault that they choose not to take a replacement engine based on whatever method they seem to use to determine that a engine is blown without installing it. The claim of not having as it is put INTERGRITY in customer service seems to puzzle me. For we refunded the original cost of engine and shipping, plus paid to have it sent back to us as well. offered to replace it knowing we sent a running engine as well. If that is not having again and I QUOTE Integrity in Customer Service then once more I am puzzled

I can't say much about the quality of thirty auto parts or how well they work on their cars. but I can say that their customer service is horrible. I called for used tires and got this response. "No" and an immediate hang up by them. the definition of rude is them.
