Wade's Village Inn

This motel is now under new ownership and is called Wade's Village. It is now a really nice place to stay and it is so economical. It is nothing like the review that I read that was written back in 2011. I would highly recommend this motel as the best value on US 1. in the Titusville.

This business does NOT deserve a rating at all! If it was daylight out when we got there - we would NOT have stayed!! The health department needs to be called into this place! I can think of several words to describe this place, and Sunny is NOT one of them. Filthy, disgusting and repulsive to name a few! The Fire detector was absent from is spot on the ceiling, there was something growing in the A/C (I am sure my sinuses will suffer for that!). Advertises free WiFi - they meant NO WiFi. Just do yourself a favor - keep driving. I wouldn't stay there for free!
