This company is run by incompetent bafoons !

I have 100+ rental properties all over Florida and yes sometimes when tenants leave you are left with a bug problem. You would think if you call a company like horizon they would be capable of handling a roach problem , as all the other companies I use do, But NO, they have no clue what they are doing , have no problem taking your $$$ and leave you with the same problem you started with. Dealing with them is impossible because the woman who answers the phone and i think owns or runs the place is the nastiest big mouth I've ever dealt with and simply hangs up on you if you try to get them to finish the job. Worst company ever!!
