Comfort Keepers

BH Palms, Inc. DBA Comfort Keepers, owner Patricia A. Bell began providing caregiver services Dec. 29, 2014. I have long-term care Ins. and requested they accept payment directly from Ins. co. They wanted to know if they paid in a timely manner; I am not in control of that I responded. I did the necessary paperwork for direct payment (which I regret). CK was to fax signed/dated worksheets to Ins. co. and sent me a bill as well; I sent them a check each week and had to wait for reimbursement. We parted ways

March 2, 2015.

March 27, I received notification of Plan Payment from Ins. co.; called CK and they acknowledged receipt. The $74 check arrived April 10, 1015. April 29, I received notification of Plan Payment of $249.75; called CK and they acknowledged receipt of same. May 7, I received a check for $74, I WAS LIVID.!!! I called CK and was told "it was an honest mistake" I inquired when I would receive the balance and was told "whenever Pat come in". The balance arrived May 11, 2015. My husband had his 5th stroke and I have a lot of stress and did not need anymore--they are supposed to make it easier. By the way they charge at least $2 more per hour than other providers and a CNA resents doing "light housework" which appears at the top of the worksheet. BUYER BEWARE!!!!.

This is an awsome place of employment. The management is fair and good. Very fair to employees and cleients. I will be going back to them when I get my medical taken care of. Impressive!
