I suppose you get this sort of unprofessionalism from a salvage yard.. I called multiple times and was hung up on (I'm guessing they were looking at caller ID as I was calling from my work phone), then once the call was answered an individual stated "we're not interested" and hung up again. I called back and stated I was trying to get something from them and then of course they stayed on the phone long enough to hear me out. Even if they do call me back, I probably won't do business with them. Wild.
The worst customer service ever! I had been there several times and never done a return and always had a problem with service. The guy who pulls stuff is so rude and curses! This last time he broke our part we needed and didn't even want to sell it to me because he didn't think it would work, which it did by the way. He complaines and argued with me thinking I was going to have to return it. He told me they dont like to do returns. Well news flash you shouldn't be running a business then and your employees should not be complaining about pulling parts for customers.
