I called Monday morning to have my old office furniture removed, had someone down there within 1-1/2 hours. Alex their driver was a nice guy who even did some light sweeping around the driveway to make sure no debris was left behind. In the end i'd say the final price was lower than I had expected.

I was considering some home remodeling but before I did so, I wanted to make sure that I was prepared for the aftermath of the project. I decided to look into either renting a trash dumpster for the week or having someone come down and haul the items away. After a few price comparisons, it was a no-brainer that having some pros remove my construction materials would be more efficient than renting a dumpster. For one, I just didn’t have the time to take hours a day in loading a trash bin for a week, nor did I have enough man-power to do it alone. Second, this would mean that I would have to hire an additional team to help me load it up, which I wasn’t too thrilled about either. When I called for a quote for junk removal, my price included taxes, labor, and dump fees. That was so convenient for me, and their time availability was pretty flexible. Lastly, I didn’t have to wait a whole week wondering when my bin would be picked it (or if it would even be picked up on time either) With the junk removal, they just load it up and I would never have to see that trash ever again! It just makes more sense when you think about it to use a junk removal company, and these guys were great, they couldn’t have done a more beautiful job helping me rid of some trash for my home remodel. A major plus and 5-star rating!!!

My contractor hired You Call to remove some 2/3 a patch of dirt that had been dug out from front yard. He said he spoke to a nice lady named Ria and that she was extremely friendly and informative. We had their bobcat come out for a faster and thorough job and Joe came with his team of professionals. He took one look at our yard and got right down to business. The team did a beautiful job neatly scooping out all the excess dirt and left the yard spotless.

After cleaning out my garage and trimming my bushes, they hauled away a full truckload of stuff that I had been dreading having to get rid of myself. (I was not ready to get splinters in my hands. Lol.) It was easy and the crew was on time, quick and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I am the queen of hoarding. After all, why else do closets have doors if not to hide the clutter? I live on the 5th floor of a walk-up so that is a pretty good excuse for not keeping up with the organization of things. The only problem is that I’ve been living here for 6 years and things got out of control with the clutter.

Every employee I have spoken to so far has been professional, polite, cheerful and insightful. They offer a two- hour window for appointments, and call a half hour or so before arrival. If they are ever going to be late (which is very rare) they phone way ahead of time. In short, they are a punctual and courteous of their customers. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

Found out about this company through my neighbor’s mom who apparently has been doing business with them for a few years. And to think I was just about to hassle myself renting a dumpster and having to move all the items in the trash myself after moving in. Phew!

Very professional! I was very impressed because they showed up right on time, worked quickly and very thoroughly to get all the details. I had old, wooden furniture to clear from the apartment and they hauled it down 14 stairs to the street where their truck was parked.  This company was absolutely pleasant, much better than other hauling companies I had checked out.  I will use them again.

We had a freezer in the garage that quit working and we needed it hauled away. We called a company that we found online for a removal, they came right away. The best part about this company they have a pickup price for one item and ample time slots available. I would use their service again if the need arose.
